Who is Wendy Capland?
I am the creator of The Magic Parties.
What is Wendy's Background?
I have 20 plus yrs of experience working in the executive and leadership development field. Our consulting team coaches, trains, and consults to develop the leadership skills of entrepreneurs and corporate leaders. We help our clients discover more powerful ways of leading in their communities and their organizations increasing results, changing themselves and those they touch, and leaving a legacy that makes a lasting footprint they are proud of. In addition to my corporate work, I find myself asking the question, "Is this enough? Could I be doing something more with my gifts and talents?" And over the last few years I notice I am being drawn to expand my work beyond corporate leaders and corporations. Not an entirely new focus but a new expression. In some ways it feels like I am being called like a huge universal magnet to help others also answer the question, "What's next for me?" Thus the birth of The Magic Parties; a community of women who gather to birth themselves in a new way. A way they have forgotten. A journey into themselves and into wholeness.
And speaking to many women since starting my own journey, I notice how many of us are feeling a whole new kind of spiritual awareness awakening inside of us. For some of us, it is too embryonic to describe with any real clarity yet. But it is there. And we feel it. And for some of us, we know what it is and are sorting through how to express it and fit it into our lives. And for some of us who are living in our full gifts, we are sorting through all the possibilities for expression that are ahead of us in our journey.
A circle of women. A place to come to where we can learn, be witnessed, be connected and supported by other women on the same path. A place where we can remember who we really are; a place where we can listen to the deep source of wisdom within ourselves.
Do you sometimes feel like you are being called forth? Do you sometimes feel like God, Your Spirit Guides, Your Angels, The Goddess, The Universe is whispering your name to come forth? Do you have a yearning for something that has not happened yet but you can feel it? Taste it? And imagine it, sometimes even in detail?
Join our community by becoming a member to help yourselves and others become their best selves yet to be born.

We are open to any woman who is yearning to wake up and re-ignite her own journey, her own magic, and her own spirit within the safety and quiet of a circle of women. The world is calling for you to come forward. And know that your unique touch of magic will forever change the world.
We also conduct personal and corporate programs for women. We welcome you!
