Social Media tool especially Twitter
I have been using Facebook, LinkedIn and now Twitter for quite a few months. It surely can be time consuming but so is all marketing. I would put this kind of marketing into the "second degree" bucket, like a newsletter or e-brochure. It's a little removed and usually don't know whether anyone is even interested or to what degree in what you have to say. I don't think the jury is still out whether these social media tools are here to stay; they are. Now we just have to figure out how to use them to suit our needs and purposes.
